Shipping Policies

Items are currently made to order in small batches and take 3 days from start to finish. With that said, your items will ship out within in 5-7 business days via USPS (or UPS if selected)

When your order is shipped out, you will receive an email and/or SMS notifications with tracking information for the most up to date status of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

Abcrete & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been marked as delivered.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation Policies

If you need to cancel an order for any reason, you must contact us with 24 hours of purchase, via email, otherwise your item(s) will be in production and will not be cancelled.

We do not accept exchanges or returns.

Items are handmade and may include tiny air bubbles, slight color variations from photos, or other small marks but does not affect the overall functionality or aesthetic of an item. 

Stockists Returns

If you made a purchase with one of our stockists, please inquire with their return/exchange policy. We do not make one off earrings should you misplace or damage an item.

Madewell Returns

Abcrete & Co. will honor Madewell’s return policies. To make a return, you may request a return label from shop@abcreteandco.com. Please be advised that Abcrete & Co.’s orders cannot be returned at Madewell locations. For any questions, please contact shop@abcreteandco.com. Our days and hours of operation are Monday-Friday - 8am-6pm EST. We will respond within 24 hours on business days.
