Shipping Policies
Orders ship out within 5-7 business days. When your order is shipped out, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with tracking information for the most up-to-date status of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Abcrete & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been marked as delivered. If your order is lost or stolen, please file a claim with UPS.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation Policies
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase, via email, otherwise your item(s) will be in production and will not be canceled.
We do not accept exchanges or returns.
Stockists Returns
If you made a purchase with one of our stockists, please inquire about their return/exchange policy. We do not make one-off earrings should you misplace or damage an item.
Madewell Returns
Abcrete & Co. will honor Madewell’s return policies. To make a return, you may request a return label from shop@abcreteandco.com. Please be advised that Abcrete & Co.’s orders cannot be returned at Madewell locations. For any questions, please contact shop@abcreteandco.com. Our days and hours of operation are Monday-Friday - 8am-6pm EST. We will respond within 24 hours on business days.
